FAQ

Catering questions.

What's the minimum group size for catering?

Ten people. From there we scale to one hundred plus. Smaller orders are easy to handle as regular takeout from either location.

How far in advance should I book?

Forty-eight hours minimum for groups under twenty-five. A week or more for larger events. We'll always tell you if a shorter timeline is workable.

Can you accommodate vegan and gluten-free guests?

Yes. We run a separate vegan broth, gluten-free rice noodles, and clearly labeled platters for dietary needs. Tell us the headcount split when you book.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes across Salt Lake County and into Silicon Slopes. We deliver hot food in insulated carriers, set up the table, and pick everything up after. Pickup is also an option.

What's the most popular package for offices?

Lomein platters and rice bowls. Easy to grab, no plate logistics, and they hold well for an hour. Pho bars are better for sit-down events where the broth can stay hot.
